A 29-year-old man was found shot and killed inside a vehicle early Saturday in the South Side Englewood neighborhood.

About 4 a.m., officers discovered Jemel O’Brien in the 7400 block of South Eggleston slumped over the wheel of a white car with gunshot wounds to the arm and groin, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

O’Brien, of the 400 block of West 75th Street, was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

Police did not have an update on the investigation Sunday night.
