A 16-year-old boy was among two people found shot to death Friday in a wooded area of Hobart, Ind., authorities announced Monday night.

Antonio D. Lackey and 18-year-old Arreon T. Lackey were found shot to death in the 7000 block of Grand Avenue about 4:50 p.m. Friday, according to a statement from Lake County coroner’s office. They both lived in the 4400 block of Ryan Court in Gary, Ind.

Both deaths were ruled homicides, according to the coroner’s office.

The Hobart Police Department did not provide details onthe deaths Monday.
