SHARE Man missing from Hyde Park may need medical attention

Police are searching for a 40-year-old man reported missing from the South Side Hyde Park neighborhood.

Gamaliel Mailey went missing Tuesday from the 5300 block of South Harper, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Harper is described as a 5-foot-1, 155-pound black man with brown hair, brown eyes and light complexion. He was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, green khaki pants, black belt and black gym shoes.

He is known to frequent the 5300 and 5400 blocks between Drexel and Ellis, police said.

Mailey may be in need of medical attention.
