Man shot in Little Village

A 27-year-old man was shot Sunday morning in Little Village on the Southwest Side.

About 5:30 a.m., he was in the 2600 block of West 23rd Street when someone started shooting from a blue minivan, police said.

The man took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and side. His condition stabilized, police said.
