Two teenagers were shot Monday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.Both victims were shot in the 300 block of North Karlov at 2 p.m., police said.An 18-year-old man was shot in the buttocks and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said. A 17-yea-old boy was taken with a knee wound to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was also stabilized.

The man was found unresponsive in an alley in the 10700 block of South Lowe Avenue, police said.
The man suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at University of Chicago Medical Center, police said.
