Three men showed up at a North Side hospital after they were shot in the Portage Park neighborhood Saturday morning.

The men said they were shot about 6 a.m. in the 4700 block of West Addison, police said. One man, 23, was shot in the right ear while the other man, 21, was shot in the left shoulder. A third man, 21, suffered a graze wound to the right ear.

The three were in a vehicle when a white car pulled alongside and someone inside opened fire, police said.
