Weather and road conditions were clear for the rush hour commute at 6 a.m. Monday.

A crash on the Stevenson Expressway on the Southwest Side has travel times ticking up both ways, but the other expressways were running with their usual delays

Metra trains were running smoothly but a shooting investigation on the South Side was tying up some CTA bus routes.

Forecasters are calling for scattered showers and thunderstorms with highs in the low 80s.
