The Bears released their first depth chart, albeit an unofficial one, Wednesday in anticipation of Thursday’s preseason opener.
Among the notable starters is Jared Allen, who’s moved from defensive end to outside linebacker; second-year safety Brock Vereen, over Ryan Mundy; and second-year defensive end Ego Ferguson over a lineup that would have moved Jeremiah Ratliff to end.
