Dan Haren has been around a long time and a lot of teams. After the Cubs newly acquired right-hander won his first game Tuesday night with the Cubs and the 150th of his career, he had glowing comments about his new team.

Haren has been to the playoffs with Oakland (2006) and was on the losing end of the 2004 World Series with St. Louis.

When asked about this Cubs team compared to the one he faced in early June with the Marlins, the 34-year-old told the Sun-Times:

“I see a complete difference. They were a really aggressive team. But I thought there were guys with more holes.”
