An Evanston man who had been missing since Tuesday was found in Chicago Saturday.

Guy Smith III, 22, was last seen about 3 p.m. Tuesday after leaving his home in the 2300 block of Foster Street, according to a statement from Evanston police.

Smith, who requires daily medication for a medical condition, was found in Chicago Saturday and brought to a hospital for examination and to update his medication. He was otherwise in “decent health,” police said.
