Chris Sale was so unhittable Sunday that even the white-hot Cubs couldn’t touch him.

Sale ended the Cubs’ nine-game winning streak with a 15-strikeout performance, holding the Cubs without a hit until the sixth inning.

“The best thing we did was get his pitch count up enough to get him out of there before the ninth inning,” Cubs manager Joe Maddon said.

White Sox broadcaster Ken “Hawk” Harrelson got quite a workout with his notable “He gone!” catchphrase after each of Sale’s strikeouts. You’ll hear it quite often in this video, featuring each of Sale’s 15 K’s on Sunday:
