A 17-year-old girl was shot in Englewood Tuesday night.

About 9:20 p.m., the she was standing on the porch of a home in the 6800 block of South Sangamon when a gunman walked up and opened fire, police said.

She was shot in the foot and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.
