A man was shot Saturday night in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

About 11:15 p.m., the 19-year-old was walking in the 5000 block of West Hirsch after leaving a party, when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been shot in the leg, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
