SEEN ON THE SCENE: Hall of Fame former Buffalo Bills coach Marv Levy was surprised by his wife, Fran, and friends with a 90th birthday bash at Harry Caray’s on Kinzie. Among those on hand was Dutchie Caray, celebrating her 86th the same night, who was the ruse to get Marv to the party. (He thought he was going to her surprise party!) Among those on hand to toast Levy’s 90th were ex-Bills Don Beebe and Steve Tasker and Cubs Hall of Famer Ryne Sandberg — who by the way is selling his home in Arizona and moving back to Chicago with his wife, Margaret, to be closer to their kids and grandchildren. Speaking of Sandberg, Harry Caray’s CEO Grant DePorter surprised him as well — showing him the very first jersey he wore as a Major Leaguer with the Philadelphia Phillies. DePorter had purchased it earlier this month for more than $6,500. Interestingly, it’s a number “24.” Ryno soon after switched to “37” for his time with the Phillies — and, of course, was that great number “23” for his Hall of Fame-worthy playing years with the Cubs. … Head down to “Cloud Gate” (more popularly known as “The Bean”) in Millennium Park between 1 and 6 p.m. Wednesday and be part of a “20/20” event sponsored by ABC and its Chicago station, WLS-Channel 7. Fans will be able to watch as the “20/20” folks prep for the upcoming fall season, joined by ABC-7 anchors Ron Magers, Kathy Brock and Cheryl Burton. People who show up will get a chance to be featured on an upcoming “20/20” broadcast and to snare a show T-shirt as well.
