Man shot in Park Manor

A man was shot late Wednesday in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side.

The 22-year-old was standing outside in the 300 block of East 69th Street about 11:20 p.m. when he heard shots and realized he’d been hit, police said.

He was shot in the leg and taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, according to police.

A police source said the man has gang affiliations.
