Conditions are foggy but the expressways are mostly clear for Thursday’s morning commute, and no major delays were reported on Metra or CTA trains.

Forecasters are warning of patchy fog throughout the area, with isolated areas of dense fog near the Aurora, Joliet and Morris airports.

There are a number of closures, daily and long term, through the Illinois Tollway system. Check the state’s map for the latest on impacted areas:
