SHARE FBI: Man robs second North Side bank in a week

The FBI is looking for information on a man suspected of robbing two North Side banks within the last week.

He robbed a Chase Bank, 3335 North Ashland, in Lake View at 4:02 p.m. Thursday, according to the FBI.

Authorities think the same man robbed a PNC Bank, 4201 N. Lincoln, in North Center at 2:24 p.m. on Aug. 21.

The robber is described as a 6-foot to 6-foot-2, 180- to 210-pound man wearing a plaid shirt and baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI’s Chicago office at (312) 421-6700.
