Before he was a five-time MVP and six-time champion, Michael Jordan was the 1984-85 NBA rookie of the year.
That year marked the first of his nine straight All-Star Game appearances. He’d make five more after his comeback.
Jordan averaged 28.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists during his rookie season, during which he started all 82 games and led the Bulls in scoring.
