Man shot in leg in Englewood

A man was shot in the leg Wednesday morning in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting happened in the 6900 block of South Honore about 9:15 a.m., police said.

The 32-year-old victim was shot in the left leg and taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.

Police said the shooting appears to be domestic-related, and detectives are speaking to a person of interest Wednesday afternoon.
