Weather and road conditions were clear for the rush hour commute at 6 a.m. Friday.

Besides a crash on the outbound Eisenhower Expressway near Austin Boulevard, no other major incidents were reported.

CTA and Metra trains were running smoothly.

The day will be mostly sunny, followed by a slight chance of rain after 4 p.m. Expect a high of 83 degrees.
