A north suburban man is charged with possessing child pornography after police searched his Park City home Friday.

Raul Guzman-Guzman, 23, was arrested after the search of his home in the 3400 block of Mary Avenue in Park City, according to a statement from the Lake County sheriff’s office.

Deputies seized multiple electronic devices, and forensic examination revealed an extensive amount of pornographic videos depicting children under the age of 13, according to the sheriff’s office.

Guzman-Guzman is charged with 10 felony counts of possession of child pornography, police said. Authorities continue to investigate and additional charges are possible.

He is being held in the Lake County jail on a $100,000 bond, and will next appear in court Aug. 27 in Waukegan, the sheriff’s office said.
