A 17-year-old boy was shot early Saturday in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The teenager walked into Mount Sinai Hospital with a graze wound to the back, police said.

He told investigators he was outside in the 3600 block of West Douglas about 4:30 a.m. when he heard gunfire and felt pain, police said. He was listed in good condition.
