A man robbed a bank Monday afternoon in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The robbery happened at the Byline Bank at 4050 S. Archer at 11:50 a.m., according to the FBI.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black bandanna, according to the FBI.  His head and eyes were covered.

He did not show a weapon.
