Girl, 16, shot in Englewood

A 16-year-old girl was shot in the Englewood neighborhood Tuesday night.

About 8:10 p.m., the teen was standing outside with a group in the 7200 block of South Union when two people started shooting in their direction, police said.

The girl was shot in the left foot and taken to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center, where her condition stabilized, police said.
