A 15-year-old girl has been reported missing from the Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

Jasliyne Colon has not been heard from since Monday when she left her home in the 4400 block of North Moody, according to a missing person alert issued by Area North detectives.

She was described as a Hispanic girl, standing 5-foot and weighing 115 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8200.
