Man shot in West Pullman

A man was injured in a West Pullman neighborhood shooting early Thursday on the Far South Side.About 12:15 a.m., the 28-year-old was standing on the street in the 700 block of West 117th Place with several males when two other males walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.The man was shot in the back and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
