A man was wounded in a shooting in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side Sunday evening.

An 18-year-old man was shot in the 400 block of North Lawndale Avenue at 6:33 p.m., police said.

He suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks, and was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition, police said.

The man is a documented gang member, police said.
