A woman was being held iSaturday in the fatal stabbing of a 21-year-old man Friday in West Pullman that the police said was the result of a domestic dispute.

The woman, who hasn’t been identified, was arrested at the scene, according to the police, who said charges against her pending Saturday.

Officers called to a home in the 12100 block of South Bishop just after 8:30 p.m. Friday found Joshua Dean with a chest wound. He was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
