Two people were shot early Saturday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.A 47-year-old woman and 19-year-old man were both walking in the 4300 block of West Van Buren about 1:45 a.m. when they heard gunfire and realized they’d both been shot, police said.The woman was shot in the buttocks and walked into Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was listed in good condition, police said.The man suffered three gunshot wounds to the side and one to the finger and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
