Red Line trains are back on the move after a person on the tracks halted service temporarily Friday morning on the North Side.

A person on the tracks at the Wilson station at 4620 N. Broadway halted trains about 8:43 a.m., according to a CTA alert.

The Chicago Fire Department responded, but the male on the tracks was not hurt and was not taken to a hospital, according to Fire Media Affairs. He was taken into Chicago Police custody.

Trains resumed normal service at 9:23 a.m., according to the CTA.
