Man shot in Back of the Yards

A man was shot early Sunday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The 18-year-old was standing on the sidewalk in the 5400 block of South Justine about 2:45 a.m. when someone in a silver car nearby opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the back, right wrist and left side, police said. The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized.
