A 33-year-old man was shot Sunday afternoon in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

He was shot twice in the left leg about 3:20 p.m. in the 200 block of North Homan Avenue, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Stroger Hospital in fair condition, police said.
