A South Side convenience store in Calumet Heights sold a $250,000 winning lottery ticket for a Lucky Day Lotto drawing last week.

The winner, who has not yet come forward, bought the Quick Pick Lucky Day Lotto ticket at Oh Hen Mart, 9053 S. Stony Island Ave., and matched all five numbers – 06 – 13 – 33 – 38 – 41 – in the Jan. 5 evening drawing, according to the Illinois Lottery.

Oh Hen Mart will receive a $2,500 bonus, one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.

The winner has one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize, which they can pick up from Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights.
