More than 23 years ago, Tiger Woods was on the prowl as a 16-year-old playing in the 75th Western Junior at Chicago Golf Club in the Chicago suburb of Wheaton.

Woods, who was just a teenager from Cypress, Calif., at the time, defeated Jason Enloe of Decatur in 20 holes.
