A 30-year-old man is in critical condition after being stabbed repeatedly in the North Lawndale neighborhood early Monday on the Southwest Side.

The attack happened about 4:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of West 21st Place, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed as critical, police said.

Additional details weren’t available because the man wasn’t cooperating with investigators, police said.

Another stabbing left a man in serious condition less than two hours earlier on the South Side.
