DeMarcus Cousins didn’t exactly get off to a great start this season. The Sacramento Kings big man was rumored to be on his way out after a few run-ins with coach George Karl.

Well, it seems Cousins and Karl have put their differences behind them, and the young center is playing the best basketball of his career.

On Monday, Cousins followed up a career-high 48-point performance with an NBA season-high 56 points against the Hornets in a 129-128 loss. The back-to-back games put him in some elite company.
