The Blackhawks are on the verge of more history as they try to win a franchise-record 12th consecutive game on Tuesday against the Predators in Nashville.

As win streaks go, a dozen games does not exactly sound astonishing, but remember this is hockey where there are three possible outcomes to the game.

The Blackhawks still have some work to surpass the NHL record of 17 set by the 1992-93 Pittsburgh Penguins.
