Police are warning businesses of two armed robberies in a week in Humboldt Park.

In both hold-ups, a man entered the store, pulled a gun and demanded cash and cell phones, according to a community alert from police.

The robberies happened at 9:40 am. Jan. 21 in the 2500 block of West North Avenue and 6:20 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 3200 block of West North Avenue, police said.
