On Jan. 26, the suspects kicked in the front door of two separate apartments and rummaged through drawers and closets, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

Both attempted burglaries both happened in the 4800 block of South Calumet, one between 8:30 a.m. and 2:20 p.m., and the other between 8:52 a.m. and 1:35 p.m., police said.
