A 14-year-old girl missing from the Southwest Side Brighton Park neighborhood for more than two weeks has been reunited with her family, Chicago Police announced Tuesday.

Rachel Jackson was reported missing Dec. 18 from the 2900 block of West 38th Place, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

On Tuesday morning, police said Rachel has been located and safely reunited with her family. Additional details were not provided.
