A man was shot Saturday morning in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 22-year-old man walked into Roseland Community Hospital at 11:35 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the upper back, according to Chicago Police.

He told investigators he had been shot in the 10900 block of South King Drive, police said. His condition was stabilized.
