A 16-year-old boy was shot Saturday night in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

He got into an argument with someone about 7:33 p.m. in the 3200 block of West Washington, and during the altercation, the other person shot him in the left leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
