A man was wounded in a shooting in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side early Saturday.

The 26-year-old told investigators he was walking in the 3600 block of West Polk about 12:25 a.m. when he got into a fight with someone who shot him in the buttock, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said, who added the man was “being uncooperative.”
