A north suburban Glenview man won $700,000 in a lottery drawing earlier this month.

Robert Buta won the jackpot when his quick-pick ticket matched all five numbers – 12 – 13 – 16 – 22 – 32 – in the midday drawing on Oct. 17, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery. He plans to use his winnings to buy a house and a new car.

Kate’s Car Wash, 825 Milwaukee Ave. in Glenview, will receive of bonus of $7,000, or 1 percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.
