Three men were shot and wounded Thursday night by someone in a passing van in the 2600 block of West Fullerton Avenue Logan Square.

The police said it happened around 9:30 p.m., as two of the wounded, ages 18 and 24, were walking and that a 42-year-old man who was driving nearby also was hit.

The 42-year-old, shot in the back, and the 18-year-old, with gunshot wounds to his chest and an arm, were being treated at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and the 24-year-old at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center for an arm wound, the police said.
