Four burglaries have been reported on the same block in the last two weeks in the South Side Hyde Park neighborhood.

In all four incidents, two men and one woman entered a residence in the 5400 block of South Woodlawn and took property, according to a community alert from Chicago Police. In one of the incidents, the three suspects entered an apartment and hit the victim in the face before stealing property.

The burglaries happened at 12:06 a.m. Oct. 15; between 10:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Oct. 17; between 4:45 p.m. and 7:15 a.m. Oct. 22-Monday; and between 1:50 p.m. and 2:05 p.m. Monday, police said.

Two of the suspects were described as two black men, 20-25 years of age, standing 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-11, and weighing 150-160 pounds, police said. The third suspect was described as a 20 to 25-year-old black woman, standing 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and weighing 120-140 pounds.
