A 20-year-old man was shot in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood Wednesday night on the South Side.

He was outside about 7:45 p.m. in the 7200 block of South Dobson when someone in a passing vehicle opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the leg and taken in good condition to Jackson Park Hospital, police said.
