A 73-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease who was reported missing from the East Garfield Park neighborhood Tuesday afternoon has been located.

Richard Honorable was last seen about 1 p.m. in the 3400 block of West Adams, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Wednesday evening, police said he was located but no additional details were provided.

The man, 21, was found with gunshot wounds to his back and left shoulder in the 9600 block of South Princeton Avenue about 11:35 p.m., police said.
The man, 45, was found by officers with multiple gunshot wounds in the 10700 block of South Champlain Avenue.
