Woman shot in Cragin

A woman was shot early Friday in the Northwest Side Cragin neighborhood.

The 39-year-old was shot in the leg at 3:20 a.m. in the 2900 block of North Cicero, according to Chicago Police.

She took herself to Community First Medical Center and was transferred to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
