Woman shot in Cragin

A woman was shot early Friday in the Northwest Side Cragin neighborhood.

The 39-year-old was shot in the leg at 3:20 a.m. in the 2900 block of North Cicero, according to Chicago Police.

She took herself to Community First Medical Centerand was transferred to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
