Daily lane closures will start Tuesday morning for sewer repairs on a mile-long stretch of Kingery Highway in west suburban Elmhurst.

Lane closures will be in effect on northbound Kingery Highway between St. Charles Road and North Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to a statement from the Illinois Department of Transportation. The closures will continue daily through Friday.

Drivers should expect delays and allow for extra travel time, IDOT said.
